Tim Walker is a design and product leader with over 15 years' experience building and leading design teams across Europe and North America, launching new products and services to millions of consumers worldwide. As the founding Designer for McKinsey Design, he led product design, marketing, brand development, and technology initiatives for banking, healthcare, and retail organisations.

Tim is currently the Group Head of Product Design at Entain, where he leads the experience design strategy for all of Entain's brands alongside an incredible team of 50+ design practitioners.
