Claudia Heiling is Co-Founder and COO of Golden Whale Productions, a company that specializes in delivering machine learning infrastructure and services to gaming companies, focused on solving some of the most expensive problems of our industry around customer retention. Claudia has a master’s degree in information management. With a strong background as part of the former core team of Greentube, Claudia has played an instrumental role in facilitating multiple successful market entries of games and portals for both B2C and B2B customers, reaching millions of active players. Her extensive experience includes key positions such as Head of Corporate Projects, Managing Director, and Principal Consultant. After a stint in IT consulting for the telecoms business, she’s excited to be back in the gaming industry, improving the speed and efficiency of ML operations for Golden Whale's clients and partners.
